Since August of 2000, All-Star Home Inspection Services LLC., (All-Star) has been providing home/building inspections, HERS Rater and Title 24 energy consulting services to customers in Northern California.  We work with architects, builders, contractors, realtors, and homebuyers to help them make better decisions on their property investments.  Our staff of certified and trained professionals are ready to help you too.

Home & Building Inspection Services
A detailed home inspection report is important whether you're buying or selling a home or building.  A qualified home inspector can provide an unbiased third party inspection report on the conditions of the home or building's many systems and components.  All-Star's inspectors have performed thousands of visual and operational inspections of homes and buildings since August 2000.  We have been in the residential and commercial construction industry for many years.  Our experienced inspectors comply with the national and state standards for home inspectors.

Pool & Spa Inspection Services
There are many different features and components in a pool or spa system that should be evaluated by an experienced inspector when buying your home. All-Star's inspectors can operate and inspect your pool or spa, as well as teach you how to operate the controls. 

EEM Mortgage Rating Services
A EEM Mortgage provides homebuyers with additional funding for energy efficient upgrades to the home they are buying.  An EEM Mortgage requires a EEM certified HERS Rater to evaluate the home in it's current conditon and then provide recommendations for the most cost effective energy upgrade.  Upgrades can include new dual pane windows or new heating and cooling systems.

Duct Leakage Testing & Sealing Services
The average utility rate payer in California spends 44% of their utility bill on heating and cooling the home.  If you have the average home, your duct system could leak by as much as 40%. All-Star can test your duct system to find out how much leakage you have.   

HERS Verification & Rater Services
All-Star has been providing HERS Verification and Rater services since early 2006.  Our experienced Rater services will help you install energy efficient building systems in homes and buildings.  We can keep up with your production schedule anywhere in the East Bay or Central Valley.

Title 24 Energy Consulting Services
If your residential or commercial project requires compliance with California’s Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards, All-Star can help. Our knowledgeable staff has worked with architects, builders, contractors and homeowners with compliance solutions since 2006.
