HERS Rater Services:
All-Star can provide residential and non-residential production builders, custom builders and contractors with complete Title 24 compliance documentation. Whether you are building new, remodeling, or doing change-outs we can help. We are certified HERS Raters by the California Home Energy Efficiency Rating Services (CHEERS).
There are many different types of HERS Rating tests that may be required depending of what climate zone you are in. The most common type in Climate Zone 12 is the Duct Leakage Testing. All-Star has done over 1,000 duct leakage tests. Other HERS Rater tests that may be required are:
- Adequate Air Flow Verification
- Blower Door
- Duct Leakage

- Fan Watt Draw
- High Quality Insulation Installation (QII)
- TXV Verification
- Refrigerant Charge Measurement
