HERS Rater Services:
All-Star provides Title 24 HERS Rating and compliance documentation services for both residential and non-residential projects.
We are certified HERS Raters with both CHEERS & CalCerts for New Construction, Solar, and Alteration/Equipment Change-Out for residential and non-residential projects.
In California, the most common HERS Rating is a duct leakage test. Since 2005, All-Star has done over 1,000 duct leakage tests. Other HERS Rater tests that may be required are:

- Blower Door
- Duct Leakage
- EER Verification
- Fan Watt Draw
- High Quality Insulation Installation (QII)
- Refrigerant Charge Measurement
