Items such as gate enclosures that give access, missing anti-vortex drain covers, missing electrical bonding, missing ground fault circuit protection, and loose electrical service supports are the most common issues that we see.
We have inspected hundreds of pools & spas and their control systems from many different pool builders over the past nine years. We also personally own pools and have experience in long term care of the systems.
