All-Star has been serving Northern California since August 2000.
In August 2000, All-Star Home Inspection Services began inspecting homes and pools for home buyers in Northern California. Through the past eleven years we have inspected over a 2000 homes and our business has grown to include other services. In 2005, we became qualified to do Home Energy Ratings, LEED Verifications, HERS Ratings, and Title 24 Energy Consulting for architects, contractors, and home owners. In 2009, we began teaching city building departments and building energy consultants about the California Title 24 Energy Standards.

Kirk is a home inspector, HERS Rater & Title 24 Energy Code Consultant for All-Star Home Inspection Services. In the past eleven years he has inspected over 2000 homes. Since 2008, Kirk has been helping train and educate city building departments on the state's Energy Code requirements. Kirk has also tested and consulted on energy projects all over California.
After serving in the US Navy, Kirk worked as an electrician on residential and commercial projects all over Northern California. Before starting All-Star Home Inspection Services, Kirk worked as a sales manager for a Fortune 100 company selling energy and automation control systems.
Kirk is an active part in his local community and is on several non-profit board of directors. He is a Past President (2008-2009) of the Manteca Chamber of Commerce, as well as a past Manteca Planning Commissioner (2006-2010), and Lathrop Parks & Recreation Commissioner (2003-2006).
