HERS Rater & Verification Services:

All-Star provides Title 24 HERS Rating and compliance documentation services for both residential and non-residential projects. We are certified HERS Raters with both CalCerts and CHEERS for Residential and Non-Residential New Construction, and Alteration/Equipment Change-Outs.

Our HERS Raters have the experience to help you comply with California's 2023 Title 24 Energy Compliance Code. In California, the most common HERS Rating is a duct leakage test.  Since 2005, All-Star has done over 5,000 duct leakage tests.  Other HERS Rater tests that may be required are:

• Air Flow
• Quality Insulation Installation (QII)
• Fan Watt Draw
• Refrigerant Charge Measurement
